GENERAL SHIPPING BUSINESS
When an order is placed, expect a few business days for processing, especially during busy periods of the year. We are closed on most national holidays.
Depending on the speed of your shipment, it may take 1-3 Business Days (Priority Mail) for it to reach you. You will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.
We, from time to time, will offer free shipping if your order meets a minimum threshold (generally $50). We do not offer free shipment on orders less than this.
ORDER PAYMENT
This is getting into boring, nitty gritty details, but hopefully we'll explain as best as we can.
We have a two step process when taking payment from you. When you order your items, we "authorize" your card for the full purchase amount. This is basically a handshake with your card / bank to say "Hey, is everything good here? Cool!". We aren't actually charging you at this time. We just want to make sure this is a legitimate purchase.
Only when an item is fulfilled and is making its way to your doorstep will an payment be "captured". The original authorization charge will fall off your bank account within a few days, depending on how quick your bank reacts to it.
The same situation applies if you only had part of your order shipped. We can't void line items when shipping to you; however, the authorization charge will fall off your account once we fulfill your order for what we sent out. This is why you may see a different amount in charges vs what you saw when you ordered.
